The 2016 Performance Program has been specifically designed for endurance athletes (runners and triathletes) looking for an exciting challenge this Fall.
You will participate in running sessions (fitness and technique) and Crossfit-type workouts designed and guided by our experienced coaches. The Performance Program will make you a more effective all-around athlete. You will develop stability, balance and flexibility – increase power, stamina and core strength; making you more efficient and increase your resistance to training injuries. If you enjoy fun, challenging group training and are looking for something to make you stronger in 2017 then The Performance Program is for you! Event details Sessions will be twice per week, Tuesdays & Thursdays evenings, from 6:30 to 8p. Athletes of all abilities are welcome, and will benefit. Each session will be divided into two parts:
You will also become a more knowledgeable athlete. Sessions will include discussions on a variety of topics including injuries and rehab, daily and raceday nutrition, sports success and mental preparation. All athletes will receive a workout towel and water bottle and be eligible for fun prizes based on attendance. Long-sleeved Performance Program shirts are also available. The Performance Program was awesome. Totally different compared to my regular training routine. I was sore after, but in a good way. The other athletes were great. Huge thank you to the coaches and other helpers.
